VENTO is a 679 km cycle path project along Po river, the longest path in Italy between VENice and TOurin via Milan EXPO 2015.
VENTO is a long distance cycle path: a light, safe and continuous infrastructure that could help people rediscover the Italian landscape and renew the experience of visiting it with the slow bike’s rhythm.
VENTO is not only a local project, it is a project of the entire country: hundreds of thousands of tourists could ride along VENTO, strengthening many local economies. VENTO could create up to 2.000 new jobs and could generate an annual income of 100 million €.
